Your role as Senior Consultant, Strategy & Transformation We're looking for a highly motivated, experienced strategy and digital transformation consultant to take the next step in a rapid-growth scale-up environment. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our clients' future success, providing strategic guidance and overseeing execution across consulting projects. What you’ll be working on • Leading and managing workstreams from initiation to completion, keeping objectives on time and on budget • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding business challenges and delivering value-driven solutions • Conducting in-depth industry and market research, competitive analysis, and benchmarking to identify growth opportunities and shape data-driven digital strategies • Developing and implementing digital transformation strategies that help clients put technology to work for the business • Guiding and mentoring a team of consultants, fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment • Developing actionable recommendations and strategic plans tailored to each client's needs • Ensuring the quality and accuracy of deliverables, reports, and client presentations • Supporting business development by identifying potential clients and contributing to proposals • Staying ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in strategy consulting and digital transformation Who you are • 4–6 years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm, with a focus on digital and/or tech transformation • Strong understanding of digital technologies, trends, and their applications in business • Proven ability to turn quantitative and qualitative analysis into actionable strategy • Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and guide teams • Strong project management skills, comfortable running multiple projects at once • A client-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional value and impact • Adaptable and always looking to innovate in evolving business contexts • Master's degree in business, management, or a related field • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (C1 minimum); Dutch is a plus • Willing to travel as needed What we offer • A competitive compensation package • 25 days off per year, plus a full week off between Christmas and New Year • Flexible work from abroad for up to 6 weeks per year • Pension scheme to help you plan for your future • Learning & Development budget • ClassPass membership • Access to the latest tools: ChatGPT Pro, Claude, Notion, Sembly, SlideHub and Riverflex's in-house developed software • Equity share scheme for long-term team members • EU-eligible or open to a Dutch highly skilled migrant visa - we sponsor. 30% ruling support available.
