Earn Operations Specialist (Onchain Direction)

Requirements • Hands-on experience with on-chain DeFi products (including Lending / Staking / LP / RWA Vault), with a strong understanding of the underlying yield mechanisms and risk structures; • Able to conduct an initial assessment of how on-chain products fit within our current product suite. • Strong product operations mindset, with the ability to contribute to product solution design from an operations perspective and independently lead the planning and execution of user campaigns. • Proficient in using AI tools for product analysis, operational data review, and campaign performance evaluation; able to proactively identify blind spots in the team’s work and close gaps with a data-driven approach. • Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
