We’re seeking a high-energy, high-motor Account Executive to own a large book of mid-market and enterprise accounts within our healthcare segment. You’ll win new logos through disciplined prospecting while growing an install base of paying customers. This is a fast-moving seat: you’ll close a high volume of deals every quarter, from quick transactional wins to larger enterprise agreements, and you’ll learn to build the bigger deals over time. Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries is a plus, but it isn’t required.
This role is based in our New York, San Francisco, or Chicago office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. If you’re interviewing for this role, your recruiter will share more about the in-office requirements.
What you’ll achieve
• Own and grow a large book of accounts, balancing new logo acquisition with expansion and renewals in a base of paying customers.
• Build a smart territory plan: prioritize accounts by spend, expansion potential, product usage, and white space, and know where to move fast and where to go deep.
• Drive consistent outbound activity across email, calls, and other channels, and use that activity to create a steady pipeline.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and close, at high velocity and across deal sizes.
• Grow smaller deals into larger, more strategic enterprise agreements over time.
• Work through security, legal, privacy, and compliance reviews with customers in regulated environments.
• Partner with Solutions Engineering, Sales Development, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Executive Sponsors to win deals and drive adoption.
• Build trust with stakeholders at all levels, from day-to-day users to IT, security, and executive leaders.
About you
• 5+ years of experience in a B2B closing sales role, with experience managing a large book of accounts in mid-market and/or enterprise sales. SaaS experience is a plus.
• A high motor and a hunter mentality, with a disciplined approach to prospecting and a clear plan for how you cover a large territory week after week.
• Comfortable in a transactional, high-volume environment, closing a range of deal sizes, and motivated to grow into larger deals.
• A track record of high and consistent quota attainment.
• Skilled at multi-threading and building trust with stakeholders across all levels of an organization.
• Familiarity with working through security and compliance reviews in regulated markets (for example healthcare, financial services, or life sciences) is a plus. Healthcare experience is a bonus, not a requirement.
• A self-starter who thrives on continuous learning and professional growth.
• Curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to use them to work smarter.
