The Director of Enterprise Systems leads the strategy, delivery, and ongoing operation of the business application platforms that run Cypress Creek Energy's back office. The role owns the ERP and HRIS ecosystems end to end — including NetSuite, Rillion, payroll, expense, travel, and performance management — and is the connective tissue between IT and the Accounting, FP&A, Tax, and HR functions that depend on them.

The Director leads a team of dedicated system owners and coordinates internal and external resources, including implementation partners and managed-service providers.
