No salary bar for this route
H-1B has no fixed salary bar: the employer must pay at least the prevailing wage for the role and area. Cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level. US H-1B: cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level — Level I gets 1 entry, Level IV gets 4 (DHS projected selection odds ≈15% at Level I to ≈61% at Level IV). Universities and non-profit research employers are cap-exempt. The $100,000 fee for new petitions from abroad is currently blocked by a court order (appeal pending).

About the role

What we’re doing isn’t easy. But nothing worth doing ever is. At Diligent Robotics, we’re building a future where robots work alongside human teams. Our robot, Moxi, works in hospitals across the country delivering supplies, medications and lab samples so nurses and clinical staff can spend more time with patients. Join our mission-driven, venture-backed team and help bring Moxi robots to new hospitals. Responsibilities The Implementation Technician helps launch Moxi robots at new hospitals by testing robots in real-world conditions, training hospital staff and supporting the team so every launch goes smoothly. This is not an engineering role, and no robotics background is required. • • Test Moxi robots from start to finish on real hospital routes, and report clear, accurate feedback to our engineers. • Train clinical and non-clinical hospital staff on how to work with Moxi robots, and introduce Moxi to hospital leaders. • Monitor and assist robots safely as they move through busy hospital hallways during our implementation phase. • Answer questions from hospital staff and, occasionally, patients and visitors about the robot. • Help prepare robots and sites: receive and pack robots, set up request stations, and label maps in our software. • Collect data that helps engineers fix door and elevator issues. • Keep training materials and team resources up to date. • Flag issues early and support Specialists and Engineers wherever needed. Qualifications • Customer service experience; you’re friendly, patient and calm when things get hectic. • Clear communication in person, by phone and over chat. • Strong organization; you can keep several tasks moving at once. • Independence; you learn quickly, ask good questions and make sound decisions on your own. • Collaborative team player; Able to work closely with the team and leads while still being able to anticipate needs or take initiative to support progress. • Comfort with technology and curiosity about how things work. • Healthcare or hospital experience is a plus, not a requirement. What Makes You Stand Out • High school diploma or GED. • Ability to travel across the U.S., up to 70%. • A flexible schedule, including some nights, weekends and holidays, and before- or after-hours on-call support during launches. • Valid US driver’s license. • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods across large hospital campuses, and to lift up to 40 lbs. • Ability to meet and maintain hospital vendor credentialing (e.g., drug screen, immunizations, background check).
