Improve Channels, Content & Knowledge Flow • Own and continuously improve internal communications channels (e.g., Slack, Notion) • Produce crisp, useful content: announcements, FAQs, decision summaries, “what changed” notes, playbooks. • Create templates and standards that help teams communicate clearly and consistently. Strengthen Culture and Engagement • Capture and amplify what matters: wins, learnings, customer impact, and how we work. • Strengthen culture and collaboration across teams and geographies through thoughtful storytelling and rituals. • Track engagement and effectiveness, then iterate based on what people actually need. Who You Are You’re driven by clarity, pace, and simplicity. You are an excellent listener, and you love taking mess
