US H-1B: cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level — Level I gets 1 entry, Level IV gets 4 (DHS projected selection odds ≈15% at Level I to ≈61% at Level IV). Universities and non-profit research employers are cap-exempt. The $100,000 fee for new petitions from abroad is currently blocked by a court order (appeal pending).

You'll drive Everlaw's growth by uncovering, developing, and closing net new business across both new and existing accounts within the Plaintiff space. In this role, you will lead complex sales cycles from initial discovery through contract execution, demonstrating how our platform meets the litigation and case management needs of law firms.
This is a full-time, exempt position based in our Oakland, CA office with a hybrid work schedule: in office M/W/Th, work from home on Tu/Fr.
What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end sales cycles for Plaintiff accounts.
• Continue selling into accounts you close and already in-territory clients you adopt.
• Meet directly with prospects and existing clients via Zoom, in-person at law firms, or at industry conferences and plaintiff events.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners across Solutions Architecture, Customer Success, Business Development, Marketing, and Legal to execute complex, multi-firm joint deals.
About You
• You have at least 2 years of successful full-cycle sales experience selling to mid-market accounts or any size law firm.
• You bring a track record of actively closing net new pipeline while collaborating with team members on joint deals.
• You are skilled in conducting thorough discovery and presenting customized proposals to senior leadership.
• You are available to travel throughout your territory and the U.S. for client meetings and industry events.
• You are authorized to work in the United States. Please note that at this time, Everlaw is not sponsoring U.S. employment visas for this role.
