US H-1B: cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level — Level I gets 1 entry, Level IV gets 4 (DHS projected selection odds ≈15% at Level I to ≈61% at Level IV). Universities and non-profit research employers are cap-exempt. The $100,000 fee for new petitions from abroad is currently blocked by a court order (appeal pending).

About the role

About Tia Tia is building a new model for women’s healthcare, one that treats women as whole people, not separate conditions or life stages. By integrating primary care, mental health, gynecology, dermatology, and wellness across both in-person and virtual settings, Tia is improving outcomes, lowering costs, and creating a better experience for patients and providers alike. About the Role Tia is seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Manager for a part-time, independent contractor engagement supporting our website and organic growth initiatives. This engagement is anticipated to average approximately 10–11 hours per week, with projects prioritized based on business needs and available capacity. You will partner closely with the Director of Organic Growth to plan and execute initiatives across conversion rate optimization (CRO), experimentation, SEO, content operations, and website performance. Using data to identify opportunities and inform recommendations, you'll support projects from planning through execution and measurement, collaborating with our Web Manager and cross-functional partners as needed. This is a flexible, project-based engagement rather than simultaneous ownership of every growth function outlined below. The scope of individual projects will be agreed upon collaboratively, with the potential for the engagement to expand as business needs and budget evolve. What You'll Do Depending on current priorities, projects may include: • Lead experimentation and conversion optimization: Develop and support A/B testing initiatives and CRO priorities, using behavioral insights, funnel analysis, and performance data to identify opportunities, establish test hypotheses and success metrics, and translate results into actionable recommendations. • Drive organic growth initiatives and campaigns: Partner with the Director of Organic Growth and relevant teams to plan, execute, and evaluate prioritized website and organic initiatives, aligning audiences, keywords, content, timelines, and success metrics with business objectives. • Analyze performance and identify growth opportunities: Leverage tools such as Amplitude, Google Search Console, and SEMRush to evaluate traffic, search rankings, conversion rates, attribution, and funnel performance, identifying opportunities and recommending improvements. • Deliver growth reporting and insights: Develop full-funnel reporting from traffic through verified membership, evaluate campaign and experimentation results, and communicate insights and recommendations to relevant stakeholders. • Support content and editorial operations: Manage assigned content initiatives, including keyword research, topic development, content briefs, editorial planning, agency coordination, clinical reviews, publishing, and performance optimization. • Drive website optimization and execution: Translate agreed-upon growth priorities into actionable requirements for the Web Manager, including landing pages, website updates, technical SEO improvements, tracking, and experimentation. Coordinate execution and evaluate completed deliverables against project objectives. • Support SEO operations and organic visibility: Identify and implement SEO improvements through site and content audits, on-page optimization, local search listings, Google Business Profile improvements, and relevant partnership or PR initiatives. • Collaborate across growth channels: Partner with Paid Growth, Lifecycle, Brand, and Product Marketing stakeholders as needed to share insights, align messaging and landing page optimization, identify cross-channel opportunities, and improve acquisition efficiency and blended CAC. What You'll Bring Required Qualifications • 4+ years of experience in SEO, organic growth, CRO, or growth marketing
