About the role
Wij zijn op zoek naar een (Junior) Associate voor ons Competition, EU & Trade team in Eindhoven.
Over ons team
Als (Junior) Associate maak je deel uit van ons team van advocaten dat werkzaam is op het gebied van mededingingsrecht, consumentenrecht, aanbestedingsrecht en regulatory. Wij zijn een jong team waar veel wordt gelachen en hard wordt gewerkt.
Over de functie
Als (Junior) Associate ondersteun je het team bij de dagelijkse werkzaamheden die horen bij een brede mededingings-, aanbestedings- en consumentenrechtpraktijk. De lijnen zijn kort binnen het team waardoor je ook als (Junior) Associate meteen de nodige verantwoordelijkheden krijgt. Denk hierbij aan het beoordelen en/of opstellen van (distributie-)overeenkomsten, het opstellen van kort geding dagvaardingen in aanbestedingen of het verlenen van advies over (internationale) transacties.
