Win the opportunities that matter.   Your role: Northrop Grumman is seeking a driven and strategic Manager Capture to lead the pursuit of some of the most exciting and impactful opportunities in Australia's Defence sector. Working at the forefront of our Mission Systems business, you'll help identify, shape and secure programs that deliver advanced capability to the Australian Defence Force and our allies.   This is a highly visible role where you'll work alongside senior Defence stakeholders, industry partners and technical experts to develop winning strategies and bring innovative solutions to life. You combine commercial acumen with strong relationship-building skills and can confidently engage with stakeholders at all levels.   You'll bring:   • Experience in capture management, business development or strategic pursuits. • Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing and communication skills. • The ability to lead teams through complex and competitive opportunities. • A strategic mindset with the ability to turn ideas into actionable plans. • Experience within Defence, government or other complex regulated environments (desirable). • Relevant tertiary qualifications (desirable). • The ability to obtain and maintain an AGSVA NV1 Security Clearance.
