About the role
Want to join a team of passionate people who want to build a future where no one dies from skin cancer?
👋 About us
We're an AI Health Tech company in the UK and Europe, leading from the front in the AI Diagnostics space.
Our AI Platform, DERM, is the UK’s and Europe’s first autonomous Class III AI as a medical device, certified to the same safety standard as a pacemaker. Independently proven to perform at least as well as a face-to-face dermatologist assessment, our technology is giving millions of people access to a fast and accurate way to detect skin cancer, saving significant time and costs for global healthcare systems and improving outcomes for patients. DERM has been an integrated part of NHS dermatology pathways for over six years and is already in use in 25 NHS Trusts, and trusted by private health providers including Bupa and Vitality. It has assessed over 300,000 patients and found more than 25,000 cancers, validated by histopathology, the diagnostic gold standard.
We are fast growing, raised £15M in series B funding in 2025, and are scaling across Europe - with regulatory approvals underway in other regions. In June 2026, we launched DERM Zero, the world' s first Class III regulated medical device technology to deliver autonomous clinical grade skin cancer assessments from a smartphone, changing the way that people can access clinically validated skin cancer checks.
If working for one of Time Magazine World’s Top Health Tech Companies appeals then we’d like to hear from you. We are hiring across science, technology, product, operations and commercial.
Brief overview
We’re looking for a Channel Partnerships Lead to build a brand-new revenue channel: distributing DERM through globally scaled third-party technology platforms such as teleconsultation services, digital health marketplaces and primary-care tech providers.
You’ll own every partnership end to end, from identifying and qualifying partners through business case, negotiation and signed agreement, to live launch and ongoing growth. You’ll run a methodical, stage-gated process and work closely with our Clinical, Regulatory, Legal, Data Protection, Product and Engineering teams to make every partnership safe, compliant and technically deliverable.
Reporting to the Head of Commercial International, you’ll collaborate tightly and transparently with our direct sales teams across European markets. This is a chance to shape how DERM reaches millions more patients, and to build a repeatable revenue line from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritise prospective platform partners across target markets, building and maintaining a partnership pipeline.
- Own the end-to-end partnership process: outreach, business case, commercial negotiation, MOU and definitive agreement, through to launch.
- Design partnership and pricing models (e.g. embedded, referral, API/licence) suited to each partner’s product and workflow.
- Work cross-functionally with Clinical, Regulatory, Legal, Data Protection, Product, Marketing, Finance and Engineering to make partnerships safe, compliant, sustainable and technically deliverable.
- Define and track success metrics for each partnership (e.g. attach rate, volume, revenue) and manage the commercial relationship post-launch.
- Collaborate tightly and transparently with the direct sales team across markets to avoid channel conflict.
- Represent Skin Analytics at industry events and partner forums to build our profile with health tech platforms.
Required Experience
- A proven track record of independently sourcing, negotiating and closing complex commercial partnerships with deep technical and operational integrations, ideally in digital health or another regulated industry.
- Experience working wit
