The Flagship Builders Program is our gateway for brilliant minds ready to kick-start their careers. Whether you're a recent graduate or early in your career with up to two years of experience, this is where you'll do real meaningful work, alongside some of the most ambitious people in the region. This year, we’re keeping things simple: one application gets you into the running for any area you’re interested in. We want you to work on what you’re passionate about, so we’ll look at your interests to match you with a role where you can jump in and start building. Where You Could Build Data Analytics: Get hands-on with the numbers behind millions of transactions. You'll support analytics and reporting that help teams understand customers, measure impact, and make better decisions. Machine Learning: Turn data into intelligent solutions. You'll explore machine learning models and algorithms that uncover patterns, predict outcomes, and power smarter products and experiences. Data Engineering: Build the foundations behind millions of data points. You'll work on pipelines, platforms, and infrastructure that transform raw data into reliable, accessible insights. Data Science: Turn complex data into meaningful discoveries. You'll use statistics, experimentation, and advanced analytical techniques to solve problems, uncover opportunities, and shape business decisions. What We Look For in a Builder Experience • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering or similar, depending on your area of interest) • Up to 2 years of experience, including prior internships or co-ops • Passionate about continuous iteration and bringing a creative mindset to solving problems, no matter the function. • Some exposure to your area of interest, through coursework, internships, or projects, is a plus, but potential matters more than a perfect CV Skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a bias toward data-driven decisions • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal • Organizational skills: able to prioritize, multi-task, and work independently • Comfortable working with ambiguity and figuring things out as you go Attributes • Curious, driven, and genuinely excited to build • A self-starter who takes ownership rather than waiting to be told • Resilient and adaptable: you find a way through, not around, a challenge • A collaborative team player who leads with empathy and respect • Goal-oriented, with high personal standards and the energy to match them Why Tamara?
