Success requires the ability to move comfortably between product direction and detailed execution, including researching a problem, defining requirements, building structured product requirements documents (PRDs), leading refinement, evaluating design alternatives, reviewing functionality as it is developed, resolving questions during development and validating that delivered capabilities achieve the intended customer and business outcomes.
