Job Details: • Location : UK • Type of employment : Contract • Project duration : 12 Months with Possible extension • Working schedule : 08:30-17:00 or 09:00-17:30 UK Standard Time with 30 minutes unpaid lunch break (40 hours/ week) * Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday shift • Yearly Salary: £31,850/year Successful candidates must have valid work authorization for the UK with no need for sponsorship Key Qualifications: • British Sign Language (this is a must) • Passion for digital video and knowledge of the film and TV industry • Possess a thorough working knowledge of common technical issues found in digital video and audio • Willingness to work in a high-volume, fast paced, and changing environment • 2-4 years of experience working with digital video • Ability to take initiative and troubleshoot video/system playback issues and identify trends to propose short and long-term solutions • Track record of responding quickly and decisively to issues • Effective verbal and written communication skills The ideal candidate should have experience with all of the following: • Knowledge of subscription video content services and familiarity of their product offerings • Intermediate to advanced spreadsheet knowledge. • Professional/advanced proficiency in any other language would be a big plus.
