About the role

You define reviewable deliverables plus acceptance criteria with customers and engineering teams, while prioritizing work against assurance gaps and deployment needs. • You will plan work across safety specialists, verification engineers, formal-methods experts and field integration teams. You make evidence dependencies plus review milestones clearly visible. • Additionally, you will take ownership of the completeness and readiness of technical-file deliveries. You challenge missing or contradictory evidence, resolve review findings and ensure claims remain traceable to requirements, specialist results and acceptance decisions. • You will prioritize verification and formal-methods work for the Safety-Security Agent-Harness, covering the Tool Development Plan and evidence needed for its self-development. • Together with the tech lead, you will make service-release readiness decisions while explicitly exposing residual gaps. You escalate or defer deliveries that lack the required evidence, while preserving approval authority with the designated assessors and decision-makers. • In our Agentic AI Software Factory, you will use agents to draft and refine stories, analyze dependencies and prepare release notes as well as delivery reports. You validate outputs against source evidence while retaining accountable human decisions on priorities, acceptance and release readiness. • Education: completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, Information Systems or a related field • Experience and Knowledge:  • proven responsibility for delivery and acceptance of safety- or security-relevant engineering services or products, including evidence reviewed by an independent assessor, auditor or designated assurance authority • demonstrated technical prioritization across requirements, hazards/threats, verification and residual gaps • proven ability to challenge unsupported claims and adjust scope, resources or release readiness accordingly • working depth in both safety and security assurance, with substantial delivery experience in at least one of these areas • experience translating formal-verification and tool-assurance dependencies into deliverables and acceptance gates, including self-use of development tools • expertise with agent-assisted workflows, including validation of claims against source evidence • familiarity with requirements and test-management tools, technical files, evidence repositories, review workflows and service backlogs • backlog coordination, document collection or audit attendance alone is insufficient • Personality and Working Practice: you are precise and dependable, confidently challenging unsupported claims while balancing service delivery with the evidence required for acceptance • Enthusiasm:  in making safety and security engineering practical, transparent and useful for real robot deployments • Languages: very good spoken and written German and English https://www.bosch-ai.com   www.bosch.com/research As a global company, we are legally required to comply with applicable EU and U.S. (re-)export control and sanctions regulations.
