Dublin, Dublin, A96 W298.Main Function of the JobTo produce, bake, and present a wide range of fresh bakery products to the highest standards ofquality, consistency, and food safety while delivering excellent customer service and contributing tothe overall success of the store’s bakery department.Key Responsibilities-Prepare, bake, and finish breads, cakes, pastries, and other baked goods to store and customerstandards.-Ensure freshness and quality of all bakery products by following baking schedules and recipes.-Monitor stock levels, rotate products, and minimise waste through proper planning and storage.-Maintain excellent standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in compliance with HACCPand store policies.-Provide friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable service to customers, including handling specialorders.-Assist in the display and merchandising of bakery products to maximise sales and maintain anattractive presentation.-Work as part of the bakery team to achieve daily production targets and support other departmentswhen required.-Follow all company health and safety guidelines and report any hazards or maintenance issues.Experience as a baker required39 Hours per week€18.05 per hour$36,605 per annum
