Healthcare Assistant - Relocation to Ireland

FRS Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of Lotus Care for Healthcare Assistants who are passionate about supporting vulnerable individuals. Full time positions available. Key Responsibilities:Provide person-centred care and support to individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities, children and adultsAssist with daily living activities including personal care, mobility, and routinesSupport service users in developing independence, life skills, and social engagementDeliver structured activities, group sessions, and individual support plansWork closely within a multidisciplinary teamMaintain accurate records, reports, and care documentationDrive and support service users to attend community activities and appointments.Candidate Requirements:QQI Level 5 Major Award in Healthcare (or equivalent)Min 2 years’ experience working in one of the following services: Disability services; Social care or Healthcare / residential care environmentsVery good to fluent English (spoken and written)Full driving licence with recent driving experience (within the last 2 years)Willingness to work in intellectual disability (ID) servicesComfortable driving service users as part of the roleFriendly, caring, and professional personalitySalary & Benefits: Competitive Salary (€32,900-€36,036 per annum)Structured induction, on-boarding and trainingLong term career development opportunitiesRelocation package on offer, paid flights, temporary accommodation and transfer from the airport upon arrival.
