About the role
We're looking for a Senior Recruiting Coordinator who can do more than keep interviews moving. We want someone who can help us build a better way to hire.
As Counterpart Health, SaaS subsidiary of Clover Health continues to grow, we're looking for a resourceful, highly organized, and operationally minded teammate to help power our global recruiting efforts. You'll own complex interview coordination while partnering closely with recruiters and Recruiting Operations to streamline processes, optimize our recruiting tools, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
This is an opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and loves finding smarter ways to work. You'll have the autonomy to own your day-to-day responsibilities and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on how our recruiting team operates and scales.
As a Senior Recruiting Coordinator, you will:
• Own global interview coordination. Independently manage complex, multi-stage interviews across technical and non-technical teams, navigating time zones, competing priorities, and interviewer capacity while delivering a seamless candidate experience.
• Be a trusted partner to recruiters. Support day-to-day recruiting operations, including interview planning, requisition setup, scheduling workflows, and process improvements that help recruiters focus on hiring great talent.
• Build strong partnerships with hiring teams. Develop trusted relationships with hiring managers and interviewers, proactively manage expectations, and navigate competing priorities to keep interviews running smoothly. Be a reliable, solutions-oriented partner who helps teams stay accountable and hiring processes move forward.
• Build smarter recruiting processes. Identify inefficiencies and create scalable workflows, templates, and automations that improve efficiency and the candidate experience.
• Leverage recruiting technology. Use tools like Greenhouse and ModernLoop to optimize scheduling, manage interviewer capacity, maintain data accuracy, and improve how we work.
• Stay ahead of challenges. Anticipate scheduling bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues independently, and proactively recommend solutions that keep hiring moving.
Success in this role looks like:
• 30 days: You've built relationships with recruiters and hiring teams, learned our recruiting tools and processes, and started independently managing interview coordination.
• 90 days: You're confidently owning complex scheduling, anticipating challenges, supporting broader recruiting operations, and implementing improvements to existing workflows.
• 6 months and beyond: You've become a trusted operational partner, reduced manual work and scheduling friction, and helped build more efficient, scalable recruiting processes that improve the experience for candidates and hiring teams.
You should get in touch if:
• You're an experienced recruiting coordinator who thrives on complex scheduling, ideally with experience supporting technical teams in a fast-paced, global environment.
• You're tech-savvy and systems-minded, with hands-on experience using applicant tracking systems, scheduling platforms, and other recruiting tools. Greenhouse and ModernLoop experience is a plus.
• You're proactive and independent, with strong judgment, exceptional organization, and the ability to manage competing priorities without constant direction.
• You think beyond the task at hand. You enjoy identifying inefficiencies, improving workflows, and finding creative ways to make recruiting operations more effective.
• You're a trusted partner and thoughtful communicator who builds strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers. You confidently navigate competing priorities, manage expectatio
