Jouw verantwoordelijkheden Als Process Engineer optimaliseer je productieprocessen en draag je bij aan een efficiënte, veilige en kwalitatieve productie.
• Je ontwerpt en optimaliseert processen voor decoiling en slitting.
• Je monitort en verbetert procesparameters zoals snelheid, nauwkeurigheid en veiligheid.
• Je analyseert productiedata en identificeert verbeteringsmogelijkheden.
• Je ondersteunt bij troubleshooting en probleemoplossing op de werkvloer.
• Je stelt technische documentatie en procesinstructies op.
• Je werkt nauw samen met productie- en onderhoudsmedewerkers.
• Je waakt over de naleving van ISO 9001 en veiligheidsnormen.
• Je evalueert nieuwe technologieën en apparatuur.
• Je draagt bij aan kwaliteitsverbetering en afvalreductie.
• Je hebt een diploma HBO of universiteit in een technische richting, zoals werktuigbouwkunde, elektrotechniek of industriële technologie, of gelijkwaardig.
• Je hebt 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in procesoptimalisatie of productietechniek.
• Kennis van metaalbewerking en/of coil-processing is een pluspunt.
• Je bent analytisch sterk en denkt oplossingsgericht.
• Je hebt ervaring met productiedata-analyse en continuous improvement.
• Je communiceert vlot en werkt graag in teamverband.
• Kennis van CAD is een pluspunt.
