About the role
Are you an ambitious growth marketer with an entrepreneurial spirit and a track record of scaling customer acquisition? Do you love diving into data, spotting opportunities, and turning ideas into measurable growth? Are you excited by opening new acquisition channels and finding smarter ways to grow in an AI-driven world?
AIHR is looking for an experienced Senior Growth Marketing Manager to help accelerate growth across our B2C and B2B businesses. You'll work across the entire acquisition funnel, from scaling paid media and improving conversion to launching new growth initiatives that drive MQLs and revenue.
You'll join an ambitious, results-driven Growth Marketing team, working closely with our specialists to challenge existing approaches, experiment with new ideas, and deliver results. You'll have the autonomy to lead initiatives, the support of an experienced team, and the opportunity to make a direct impact on a global e-learning business.
About AIHR
Founded in 2016 with the mission to future-proof HR, the Academy to Innovate HR (AIHR) has become the world’s market leader in online training for human resources (HR) professionals. We have a global customer base spread across 140+ countries, amongst which companies like Unilever, Reckitt, Goldman Sachs, Philips, Deloitte, Nike, Heineken, and UBS. It is our goal to continuously upskill and empower 1,000,000 HR Professionals.
We are an international team of 100+ people, driven by excellence, innovation, and a hunger to grow in everything we do. As such, we strive to provide the world’s best courses and excellent support to our customers while continuously optimizing every aspect of our work. With over 30 nationalities, our team is diverse, yet we all share a few traits: we're friendly, enthusiastic, and great team players.
Being a fast-growing company, working at AIHR means taking on a lot of responsibility and getting countless opportunities to develop yourself in new areas and the potential to craft your own role.
Role and Responsibilities
As our Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in accelerating customer acquisition across our B2C and B2B businesses. Working closely with the Head of Growth Marketing and VP of Marketing, you'll help us achieve our ambitious growth targets, improve acquisition efficiency, and identify new opportunities to scale.
A core part of your role will be diving into performance data to understand what's working, what's not, and where our biggest growth opportunities lie. You'll work closely with our Performance Marketing Specialist to scale paid acquisition, challenge existing strategies, test new approaches, and support campaign execution where needed. You'll also collaborate with our CRO Specialist to identify opportunities across landing pages, website journeys, and conversion funnels, turning insights into experiments that drive more leads and revenue.
You'll bring a strong growth perspective to our email marketing efforts, working with the team to analyze nurture flows, promotional campaigns, and audience segments, and identify opportunities to improve performance. Beyond optimizing existing channels, you'll explore, launch, and scale new acquisition opportunities, including those emerging from the changing AI- and LLM-driven marketing landscape.
Most importantly, this is a hands-on role where you'll do more than develop strategies and bring ideas to the table. You'll actively execute initiatives yourself or work closely with the wider team to bring them to life. Whether you're launching a new campaign, testing an acquisition channel, or improving conversion, you'll take ownership of turning opportunities into measurable business results.
