Your mission as a (Senior) Product Designer
We’re looking for a (Senior) Product Designer (m/f/d) to help shape the core experiences of our B2B research platform and B2C panel app. You'll work alongside a team of product designers, product managers and engineers to identify problems, explore solutions and ship great products.
What you’ll be doing
• Find problems worth solving . Proactively identify opportunities through your own exploration and research, user conversations and feedback from research experts and product managers.
• Turn problems into solutions . Take ideas from early concepts and prototypes to polished UIs and shipped features.
• Prototype in code . Build and test ideas directly in the existing product using tools like Cursor.
• Raise the bar for craft . Sweat the details, from typography, color and spacing to composition and interaction, to make our products feel polished and considered.
You will thrive in this role if
• You are autonomous and proactive . You don’t need every problem fully specified before you can get started. You take initiative and own features end to end.
• You are craft-driven . You have a high bar for quality and know how to make software feel polished down to the smallest details.
• You are experienced in complex software . You’ve designed dashboards and platforms with complex workflows and information structures, not just websites. Ideally with experience in data visualization and dashboarding.
• You are strong in information design . You know how to turn complex information into clear, easy-to-understand interfaces.
• You are a systems thinker . You build reusable patterns rather than isolated screens and have experience working with design systems.
• You are comfortable with motion . You use motion intentionally to communicate state, time and dynamism.
• You are a collaborative team player . You work closely with product managers and engineers as well as stakeholders across the organization to find the right solutions and bring them to life.
• You are curious about new technology . You actively experiment with AI tools in your design workflow and look for new ways to work and build.
What’s in it for you?
• Flexibility Policy - Average is 30 days taken, however, we do not have a hard cap of number of vacation days as we know life happens
• Temporary work from abroad - If you're based in the EU, you can work outside your country of residence for up to 180 days per year
• All the hardware you need and your own MacBook
• If you are located in Hamburg or Berlin, you'll get a Deutschland ticket or access to a mobility budget with the NAVIT app to get you to and from the office space
• Subsidised Urban Sports Club or ClassPass membership based on location
• In case you’re located in one of the cities where most of our fellow Appinioneers are (Hamburg, Berlin, Munich, London, Madrid, Barcelona, or New York), you can get access to our Co-working spaces.
Kind reminder: Please ensure that your application is submitted in English.
