• Tone of voice & brand guardianship: Define, elevate, and document distinctive Tones of Voice, manifestos, and messaging hierarchies across four distinct pet food brands, ensuring each brand has a clear, differentiated identity.
• Global master toolkits: Write and structure comprehensive global master toolkits, campaign playbooks, and copy guidelines that regional teams and local markets can easily adapt and implement.
• Multi-format craft: Craft headline and body copy across all touchpoints, including brand films, digital and social platforms, retail/POS, print, e-commerce, and product messaging.
• AI literacy: Comfort working with different AI platforms is expected.
• Client pitching & presentation: Confidently present creative thinking, narrative rationale, and copy territory options directly to the client's Global Brand Directors.
• Strategic collaboration: Partner with Strategy and Account teams to interrogate briefs, push creative boundaries, and ensure all conceptual work is strategically sound and commercially impactful.
• Creative mentorship: Help foster a high-performance, inspiring creative environment in the studio, mentoring junior talent and contributing to creative culture.
WHAT GOOD LOOKS LIKE
