Are you ready to lead the adoption of Automation and AI technologies that will help shape the future of manufacturing?
In this Director role, you will drive the adoption, delivery and value realization of Automation, Agentic AI, Robotics AI and Digital Solutions across manufacturing sites. Acting as a key interface between sites, platform teams and global workstreams, you will help transform innovative technologies into scalable business solutions that improve operational efficiency, quality, compliance and productivity.
You will lead the site Automation and AI portfolio, define implementation roadmaps, manage demand and prioritization, and enable the successful deployment of solutions aligned with Operations and DDIT strategic objectives.
Working closely with Site ITOT Heads, Site Leadership Teams, business stakeholders and global product teams, you will drive the digital transformation of manufacturing operations through the integration of AI, Robotics, Operational Technology (OT), data platforms and process automation capabilities.
The role includes management and development of employees and operates in accordance with applicable legislation, internal rules, good practices and business objectives.

• Prevzemanje odgovornosti za pripravo in vzdrževanje načrtov avtomatizacije in umetne inteligence za proizvodne lokacije ter zagotavljanje njihove usklajenosti z globalnimi, platformnimi in operativnimi strategijami.
• Vodenje uvajanja, implementacije in razširjanja rešitev na področju umetne inteligence, robotike, avtomatizacije in digitalnih rešitev na proizvodnih lokacijah.
• Spodbujanje integracije umetne inteligence, robotike, operativne tehnologije (OT), podatkovnih platform in digitalnih zmogljivosti za zagotavljanje povezane in inteligentne proizvodnje.
• Upravljanje portfelja avtomatizacije in umetne inteligence, vključno z upravljanjem povpraševanja in določanjem prioritet, tveganji pri izvedbi, proračuni in uresničevanjem koristi, ob hkratnem spremljanju merljivih rezultatov, kot so produktivnost, učinkovitost, stopnja uporabe in poslovna vrednost.
