• Ensure timely updates in relevant systems and effective communication of price changes to internal stakeholders.
• Support launch, re-pricing, line-extension and de-listing pricing in line with brand and access strategies.
• Monitor implementation of prices across channels and institutions, flag deviations and support corrective actions.

• Provide clear recommendations to Market Access/CGA, Brand Teams and Finance based on robust quantitative analysis.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with Market Access on reimbursement, tender and funding objectives.
• Integrate pricing assumptions into forecasts, business cases and performance reviews with Commercial and Finance.
• Liaise with Regulatory and Supply Chain to ensure accurate implementation of approved changes in systems and packs.
Compliance, Risk and Continuous Improvement
• Ensure all pricing activities comply with internal policies, local legislation and industry codes.
• Manage risks related to reference pricing, margin erosion and tender exposure, and support mitigation strategies.
• Continuously improve tools, templates and processes, and share regional and global best practices.
Required Qualifications and Experience
• University degree in economics, business, finance, pharmacy or a related discipline.
• Approximately 4–6 years of experience in pricing, market access, finance, regulatory, commercial operations or similar roles in the pharmaceutical/healthcare sector.
• Solid knowledge of Egyptian pricing and reimbursement rules, tenders and institutional purchasing.
• Experience working with large datasets, quantitative analysis and the development of business cases.
• Multinational and cross-functional exposure is highly desirable.
Key Capabilities and Skills

• Structured, detail-oriented approach with strong governance and documentation discipline.
• Ability to translate complex pricing and financial information into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Effective cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.
