About the role
Technology is what we do. Passion is what sets us apart.
At ITQ, we partner with some of the world's leading brands to unlock the full potential of Cloud Native, Cloud Infrastructure, Private AI, Managed Services and Project Management. But technology is only part of the story.
We believe the best results come from people who are curious, driven and passionate about what they do. That's why we give you the freedom to grow, the trust to shape your own path and the opportunity to make a real impact.
How you’ll make your impact
ITQ is growing in Belgium, France and Luxembourg. To support this growth, we are strengthening our marketing presence in the region and are looking for a Local Marketing Lead for ITQ Gallia. You will turn the strategy and campaigns of our central marketing team into local actions. These actions build ITQ's brand and generate qualified leads for our sales teams, across all our propositions: Hybrid Cloud, Private AI, Cloud Native, Digital Workspace and managed services. You start with a limited set of priority propositions, agreed with the Gallia sales team.
You will report to the Managing Director of ITQ Gallia and work hand in hand with the local sales team. You are a hands-on B2B marketer who likes to get things done. You enjoy working closely with sales colleagues and with enthusiastic, dynamic teams in the ITQ Family.
What you’ll be doing
The top three tasks for the first year will be :
• Organize local events (breakfasts, roundtables, meetups) and ITQ's presence at partner and community events (Red Hat, VMware Explore, VMUG, Omnissa…). You hand over every lead to sales and track the follow-up.
• Set up co-marketing with our vendors (Broadcom, Dell, Red Hat, SUSE, Omnissa…) and manage vendor marketing funds.
• Select and manage local agencies and suppliers (videographers, translators, event partners, merchandise), in line with ITQ's brand guidelines.
On the long term, the following tasks will also be expected from the Local Marketing Lead :
• Build the region's annual marketing plan, aligned with ITQ's central themes and with Gallia's sales objectives. You prioritize actions, manage the local budget and track results.
• Translate ITQ's central ideal customer profiles and key messages to the local market per country, and collect local proof points (customer cases, references).
• Adapt our central marketing team's campaign kits, written in English, into French. You also maintain the local part of the ITQ website and produce customer cases with the sales and project management teams and LinkedIn content.
• Run inbound and outbound campaigns (SEO, webinars, emailing, LinkedIn, nurturing). With the sales team, you follow up on buying signals from target accounts.
Who you are
Must-have
• You have 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, including at least 3 years in operational or field marketing, ideally in the IT sector (integrator, IT services company, MSP or software vendor).
• You can run demand generation and account-based marketing campaigns from start to finish.
• You are comfortable with marketing automation and CRM tools, LinkedIn (organic and Ads) and the basics of SEO.
• You know how to organize events and webinars.
• You work autonomously, focus on results and keep a close eye on KPIs and budget.
• You enjoy working with salespeople and know how to bring suppliers and partners together.
• You are a native French speaker with excellent written and spoken English.
Nice-to-have
• Ideally, you live near one of our offices in Luxembourg (Mamer), Belgium (Leuven) or France (Paris), and you are willing to travel regularly across the three countries.
• Experience across several countries.
• Dutch language skills.
• Experience with co-marketing and vendor marketing funds (MDF).
