US H-1B: cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level — Level I gets 1 entry, Level IV gets 4 (DHS projected selection odds ≈15% at Level I to ≈61% at Level IV). Universities and non-profit research employers are cap-exempt. The $100,000 fee for new petitions from abroad is currently blocked by a court order (appeal pending).

We expect you to have: - 5+ years of experience in analytics or data science. - Strong Python, SQL, and statistics: you understand the code and the methods you use. - Hands-on experience analysing large-scale customer, product, and usage datasets using statistical / analytical or distributed data-processing tools. - AI-assisted coding as your default way of working: you guide it, verify it, and own the result. - The ability to go from a question to a production-ready solution. - The ability to turn complex data into clear recommendations. - Strong commercial and product judgment, with the ability to balance customer value, monetization, growth, and profitability. - Experience with pricing, packaging, monetization, or commercial analytics for technical or consumption-based products. - Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across Product, Engineering, Data, Finance, Sales, and Operations. - A hands-on and proactive working style, with the ability to operate effectively in an ambiguous and technically complex environment.
