US H-1B: cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level — Level I gets 1 entry, Level IV gets 4 (DHS projected selection odds ≈15% at Level I to ≈61% at Level IV). Universities and non-profit research employers are cap-exempt. The $100,000 fee for new petitions from abroad is currently blocked by a court order (appeal pending).

About Elavate
Elavate is a multi-collagen supplement brand for women 40+, built around the changes that come with perimenopause and menopause. Our founder, Alex Philip, started it after getting fed up buying overpriced, low-quality, bad-tasting collagen for his mum.
Since launching in 2024 we've become one of the fastest-growing DTC brands in the UK, with over 35,000 five-star reviews. We launched in the US in 2026, and it's now our biggest focus for growth.
Our growth runs on video ads: UGC, influencer and celebrity talent content, made with an in-house team of creative strategists and video editors. The better the creators and the content, the faster we grow. That's where you come in.
The role
Our creative strategists write the scripts and our editors turn footage into ads. You're the person in the middle who makes the content happen: finding the right creators, briefing and storyboarding every script, running influencer and high-production shoots with our agency partners, and making sure every video that comes back is right.
You'll handle two kinds of content:
• UGC: creators film themselves at home from our briefs, so the brief has to do all the directing
• Influencer and high-production shoots: the two go hand in hand. We film well-known influencers and TV personalities with a professional crew, at a location picked for the look, with lighting, a teleprompter and make-up. These shoots make our long-form direct response ads, plus the hooks, product shots and B-roll that go with them
You'll work across both markets, the UK and the US, alongside our founder and creative team.
This is a communications, creators and systems role. You want to be in it every day: talking to creators, getting content made and getting deals done. Strategy experience is a plus, not a requirement.
What you'll own
Find and sign the best creators in the UK and US
• Source new UGC creators every week, mostly women 40+ who come across as natural, expressive and believable on camera
• Vet properly before anyone gets a brief: watch their content, judge their delivery, setting and camera skills, and only put forward people you'd bet on
• Get in touch fast and keep every conversation moving. The best creators get booked up quickly, so speed wins the deal
• Negotiate good deals: strong rates, the right usage and whitelisting terms, and every deliverable written in (videos, hooks, raw files, B-roll)
• Keep the pipeline full so our strategists never wait on talent
Build and run our creator database
• Build a database of the best UGC creators in the UK and US, and keep it up to date every week
• Log every creator after every job: contact details, rates, niche, past jobs, how their content performed, delivery quality and whether we'd rebook them
• Keep a bench of proven creators we can rebook at short notice
• Keep an eye on creative performance in Motion, so you know which creators and videos are winning and can find, rebook and brief more like them
• Run product sendouts: get product out as soon as a deal is signed and confirm it's arrived
Brief and storyboard every script
• Turn finished scripts from our strategists into briefs a creator can film without guessing: a scene-by-scene storyboard, B-roll, visual direction, setting, outfits and props
• Lock every brief before it goes out: one final version, a clear deadline, a reference video and links you've tested
• Run a quick test clip before each full batch, so problems get caught before they cost us a refilm
Coordinate our influencer and high-production shoots
• Work hand in hand with our content agency and shoot production agency: they run the day-to-day logistics on our crewed shoots, you make sure nothing gets missed
• Run the threads
