Job Description Shift: Sunday through Wednesday, 12:00 PM–10:30 PM   • Perform environmental monitoring of cleanrooms • Collect water samples to ensure all sample collected per schedule and tested on time • Perform microbiological assays such as Gram Stain, Endotoxin, Sterility, Microbial Identification, Growth Promotion, Bioburden and Plate Reading • Data entry and trend data as needed and prepare slides for management • Routine maintenance of lab equipment and lab spaces Responsibilities  (included but are not  limited to): • Works under close and frequent direction of supervisor  • Perform environmental monitoring of cleanrooms  • Collect water samples to ensure all sample collected per schedule and  • tested on time  • Perform microbiological assays such as Gram Stain, Endotoxin, Sterility,  • Microbial Identification, Growth Promotion, Bioburden and Plate Reading  • Aid in filing/archiving of test records.  • Data entry and trend data as needed and prepare slides for management  • Assist in investigations regarding out of specifications (OOS) results, address and manage deviations related to micro procedures.  • Routine maintenance of lab equipment and lab spaces  • Learns how to troubleshoot and remediate basic microbiological testing-  • related issues.  • Helps maintain a safe work environment by working in accordance with all  • safety SOPs.  • Ensuring assigned tasks are completed on time, while adhering to  • operational standards and regulatory requirements.  • Helps keep lab operations clean and inspection ready  • Additional duties as assigned.  • These duties can be delegated to designated deputies of a satisfactory  • qualification level as needed   Basic Qualifications: 1+ year of relevant experience and a High School diploma. Cell therapy experience: 1+ year preferred   The salary range for this position is: $55,930.00 - $72,380.00. Kite considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, discretionary stock-based long-term incentives (eligibility may vary based on role), paid time off, and a benefits package.
