Key Account Manager - Respiratory JOB PURPOSE: Drive business growth and improve patient access by developing strategic partnerships with key healthcare stakeholders across the territory. Lead the development and execution of customer-centric account plans, identify opportunities to create value for patients and healthcare systems, and collaborate cross-functionally to maximize the impact of GSK's respiratory portfolio. RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop and execute territory business plans, establishing short- and long-term objectives for key accounts to achieve sustainable growth and exceed business targets . • Understand account structures and decision-making processes within the healthcare environment to build effective partnerships with key stakeholders and drive account success . • Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape, treatment pathways and market dynamics . • Use consultative engagement skills to uncover stakeholder needs and identify opportunities to deliver meaningful value to healthcare professionals and healthcare institutions . • Translate customer insights into actionable business opportunities and account strategies . • Champion a patient-centric approach while delivering sustainable business growth . • Contribute to a high-performing team culture through collaboration, accountability and a commitment to excellence . • Ensure full compliance with all company policies, industry regulations and ethical standards . REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • B.Sc. in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing or a related field (M.Sc. preferred). • Minimum 2 years of field experience in specialty care, working with specialist physicians and key Medical Centers. • Strong digital proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications and CRM platforms, with the ability to quickly adopt new technologies.
