The US HCP Insights Lead, HIV Prevention (PrEP) , will report to the Director, US Market Research & Competitive Intelligence within the Insights & Analytics team. This role is accountable for generating decision-relevant insights that inform US HIV PrEP strategy and commercial decision-making. The role partners closely with Brand, Medical, Market Access, Customer Experience, Portfolio Strategy, and other cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into actionable research objectives, and deliver evidence-based recommendations that support business decisions. The role leads HCP primary market research from study design through execution, vendor management, analysis, and insight delivery. In addition to primary research, the role is expected to integrate evidence from multiple sources to develop a comprehensive understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and business opportunities.
