About the Role Join us at GSK as a First Line Sales Manager and lead an important territory, covering the CBD, east suburbs, Peninsula and eastern Victoria. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and inspiring leader to make a meaningful impact and support a high-performing culture within the primary care sales team. As the First Line Sales Manager , you will play a key role in driving growth across the vaccines portfolio, while leading, coaching and motivating a team of primary care Sales Representatives to deliver strong outcomes across the territory. As a First Line Sales Manager with GSK, you will: • Motivate and empower your team to consistently achieve and exceed targets • Develop and nurture the potential of your team members, ensuring their growth and success • Provide ongoing guidance, feedback, and support to drive individual and team performance • Navigate and manage transitions effectively, maintaining focus and engagement during evolving business needs • Use data-driven insights and strategic thinking to uncover key opportunities for growth • Prioritise effectively and allocate resources to maximise impact and efficiency • Drive results with speed and precision, ensuring timely delivery of objectives Why you?
