US H-1B: cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level — Level I gets 1 entry, Level IV gets 4 (DHS projected selection odds ≈15% at Level I to ≈61% at Level IV). Universities and non-profit research employers are cap-exempt. The $100,000 fee for new petitions from abroad is currently blocked by a court order (appeal pending).

At Vanta, our mission is to help businesses earn and prove trust. We believe that security should be monitored and verified continuously, and we empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. The Design Systems team creates the visual and interaction foundations that help Vanta deliver coherent, accessible, and high-quality experiences across the product. This team partners across the EPD organization to build the systems, patterns, and practices that enable product teams to move faster while maintaining a high bar for craft and usability. As a Staff Visual Product Designer focused on Design Systems at Vanta, you will shape the visual language of our product and the systems that bring it to life.
