About the role

S'more about the team We are looking for a data-savvy and self-motivated Marketing Strategy & Analytics Manager to join our Marketing team and support the fast and sustainable growth of the HelloFresh, Factor and Chefs Plate businesses in Canada. The Marketing Revenue & Analytics Manager helps drive customer and revenue optimization focus of the marketing team by leading complex data analysis and supporting the growth and management of a small team of marketing analysts. Reporting to the CMO of Hellofresh Canada, you will generate business insights, lead roadmap development and be the key contact and voice for marketing analytics in Canada. Lettuce share what this role will be responsible for • Overseeing Canadian revenue optimization of new and existing customers, using a small team to run analytics insights, processes, and practices that help drive top and bottom line revenue. • Work closely with Finance Planning & Analytics to ensure top and bottom line revenue is on track to plan • Lead all local experimentation in marketing performance monitoring and responsibilities related to taking action on revenue. • Lead the review and scoping of data requests for the Marketing Analytics Team, as well as broader roadmap development. • Stay up-to-date with industry and market developments that might impact business performance. • Support and manage a small team of marketing analysts to help complete analyses and deep dives that produce insights that drive transformative change for the organization. • Proactive analysis of performance & brand marketing data to identify gaps and opportunities for KPI improvement (acquisition, CACs, brand awareness, LTV, etc.), and work with channel managers to implement insights and push initiatives forward. • Play the role of driving the insights generated by the analytics team to tangible action and projects adopted by the rest of the marketing team. • Be the voice for the marketing analytics function, supporting the local marketing team in understanding new metrics and teaching foundational analysis skills. • The key contact for the Global Marketing BI and other marketing analytics teams in other markets to drive cross-market collaboration, best practice sharing, and insights. • Analyze customer data to identify pain points and opportunities in the customer journey, helping to determine customer segmentation and personalization strategies. • Support additional internal metrics in retention and NPS deep dives when required o understand customer concerns. • Actively support all marketing annual and quarterly planning processes, from analysis to budget to storytelling. • All other duties, as assigned Sound a-peeling? Here's what we're looking for • 4+ years in a highly analytical role, with experience managing junior reports (bonus if you’ve worked in a Start-Up or in a high-growth environment). • Advanced abilities in Excel and SQL, along with requisite knowledge in other relevant languages (eg. python and R), as well as an ability to use statistical modeling techniques for robust analysis. • A strong business acumen and can translate insights into actionable recommendations that align with business objectives. • Ability to support, mentor and work collaboratively with other junior team members to drive forward high quality and thoughtful analysis. • Intellectual curiosity: you always want to know the “why” and you go beyond the scope of a given assignment to get your answers. • Motivated by challenging targets and are keen to tackle both the big projects and small tasks in order to grow the business. • Highly collaborative and an excellent communicator: you distill and communicate complex solutions to a non-technical audience. • Strong project management skills with an ability to
