About the role
• Leitung und Organisation der KFZ-Werkstätte • Führung eines Werkstatt-Teams mit mehreren Technikern • Koordination und Einteilung der Werkstattaufträge unter Berücksichtigung von Kundenterminen sowie Werkstattkapazitäten • Aktive Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Werkstatt und Servicebereich • Verantwortung für KFZ-Service-, Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten gemäß § 57a • Durchführung von Fahrzeugdiagnosen sowie Fehleranalysen und Behebungen • Sicherstellung von Qualitätsstandards, Arbeitssicherheit und effizienter Werkstattabläufe • Abgeschlossene KFZ-Meisterprüfung wünschenswert • Ausbildereignung bzw. Ausbilderprüfung von Vorteil • § 57a-Ausbildungspass mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung in einem § 57a-Betrieb • Erste Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitern bzw.
