We are looking for a talented Systems Engineer to join the Security Rules team. You will work on a range of microservices written mainly in Rust. Technologies we use include Docker, Go, PostgreSQL, Redis, Memcached, gRPC, Kafka, Clickhouse and the usual Unix/Linux tools and workflows. We strive to build reliable, fault-tolerant systems that can operate at Cloudflare’s scale. You will join a team of bright, hard-working, and supportive engineers who are passionate about their craft, and you will be comfortable operating in a fast-paced but sane work environment. As a senior engineer, you will take ownership of complex technical problems, lead projects from design through production operation, and help shape the architecture and reliability of systems that run at Cloudflare’s scale.
