Job Description As a Represented Bodily Injury Adjuster, you’ll support Moderate auto claims involving property damage, bodily injury, and attorneys. In this remote role, you’ll investigate coverage and liability, evaluate damages and risk, communicate with customers and attorneys, and negotiate fair injury settlements. You’ll use sound judgment, empathy, and Allstate’s claims tools to guide each claim through a fast, fair, and well-documented process while delivering a strong customer experience. Qualifications • Prior represented third-party casualty claim handling experience • 3+ years of bodily injury claim handling experience • Moderate bodily injury claim handling experience • Experience handling claims in Tennessee, Mississippi, Kentucky Preferred - not required • Experience using NextGen, Mitchell Decision Point, and Casualty Center preferred • Strong phone communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and assess claims accurately • Ability to work independently and remotely while managing time efficiently • Familiarity with insurance policies, coverage, and liability determination • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate and negotiate injury claims successfully • Knowledge of innovative tools and platforms for effective claims evaluation Work Location • This position is a remote home-based role. Your home office does not need to be near an Allstate office, but it does need to be in the United States • This position is not available to residents of California, Washington, Alaska, or Hawaii Work Schedule • Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM EST/CST Licensing Requirements • You may be required to obtain an adjuster and/or appraiser license as a condition of employment • If required, licensing may include an additional Department of Insurance background check and must be completed within 60 days of hire • If you currently hold an active insurance license, you must terminate all existing appointments before onboarding and must not hold any outside appointments during employment • If you are seeking an adjuster role and hold a resident producer license, you must formally surrender that license when instructed by the licensing team • The Hiring Manager and Centralized Licensing team will provide support if licensing is required.
