About the role
• Du unterstützt bei der Weiterentwicklung und Strukturierung digitaler Arbeitsweisen, beispielsweise durch den Aufbau und die Pflege von SharePoint-Strukturen, digitalen Besuchsberichten, Datenablagen und einfachen Prozessstandards. • Du wirkst bei der Analyse, Dokumentation und Optimierung von Vertriebsprozessen mit, insbesondere entlang des End-to-End Consumer Lifecycles, im Kreditmanagement sowie bei weiteren wiederkehrenden Abläufen. • Du holst Informationen aus Filialen und Fachbereichen ein, bereitest diese strukturiert auf und unterstützt dabei, Verantwortlichkeiten, Abläufe und offene Themen transparent darzustellen. • Du übernimmst kleinere Analysen, Dokumentationen, Follow-ups und operative Umsetzungsaufgaben im Sales-Operations-Umfeld und trägst dazu bei, Projekte effizient voranzutreiben. • Du arbeitest eng mit dem Sales Operations Specialist zusammen und bildest ein Tandem, in dem du zusätzliche Umsetzungskapazität schaffst und die operative Bearbeitung laufender Themen unterstützt. • Laufendes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Vertrieb, Management, Digitalisierung oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung. • Strukturierte, eigenständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise. • Analytisches Denkvermögen und Interesse an Prozessen und digitalen Lösungen. • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office • Kommunikationsstärke sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechpartnern • Sonderkonditionen für Mitarbeitende • Geboten wird ein Brutto-Monatsgehalt nach KV Handel mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung.
