About the role: Our Senior Web Program Manager is a strategic role responsible for overseeing multiple interconnected web projects and driving complex digital initiatives that align with organizational objectives. It combines advanced program management expertise with strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and team leadership to deliver high-impact programs — bringing structure, streamlined processes, and best practices to our digital organization. The ideal candidate has previous experience working in a digital agency and/or internal digital department where high-quality results are required. This is a remote position open to candidates residing in the US except the San Francisco Bay Metro Area, NYC Metro Area, and Washington, D.C. Metro Area with working hours in the Pacific time zone and the ability to collaborate with colleagues across a variety of time zones. In this role, you will: Program & Project Management • Own all phases of complex, cross-functional digital programs — from inbound ticket management, to planning through delivery — with a clear understanding of vision, scope, objectives, timelines, business value, and resource requirements. • Develop holistic program plans comprised of multiple project plan documents, including business requirements, technical specifications, schedules, funding, and resource plans. • Track milestones, tasks, and deliverables; provide timely status updates to stakeholders and senior executives; and proactively identify and mitigate risks and dependencies. • Lead process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and delivery quality.
