About the role

• Trade Partnership Lead – CSE MCO • Location: Warsaw, Poland or Budapest, Hungary • Hiring Manager: Ofelia Raicu About the job The Trade Partnership Lead manages Sanofi's external distribution and outsourcing partnerships across CSE MCO, ensuring business execution, governance, compliance, and financial oversight in line with GBU priorities. This role is the primary "One Sanofi" interface with external distribution partners and the central coordination point for all partnership-related activities.  Main responsibilities • Partnership Management Lead and manage day-to-day relationships across CSE MCO, ensure contractual services, performance, product availability, and act as the single "One Sanofi" point of contact.  • Partnership Governance & Planning Lead governance frameworks, coordinate meetings, manage business planning, and maintain audit-ready documentation and RACI alignment.  • Contract & Negotiation Management Lead negotiations on distribution agreements, manage contracts, resolve disputes, and maintain decision records and archives.  • Project & Transition Management Coordinate implementation and transition projects across all functions, oversee divestment processes, and ensure smooth partner operations.  • Financial Oversight & Monitoring Validate partner invoices, monitor KPIs, maintain Power BI reporting, oversee audits, and ensure financial compliance.  • Cross-Functional Coordination & Escalation Serve as the primary escalation point, ensure One Sanofi alignment across all functions, including GxP, and drive continuous improvement.  • Compliance & Internal Controls Own internal control processes, lead audit activities, and ensure adherence to Sanofi policies and regulatory requirements.  Required Skills & Competencies Technical:   Governance & Contract Management · Negotiation · Risk Management · Project Management · Financial Acumen · Market Intelligence · Digital Transformation   Transversal:   Stakeholder Management · Account Management · Decision Making Key Performance Indicators     Partner performance, product availability, contract compliance, financial reporting accuracy, project delivery, partner satisfaction, audit readiness, and onboarding speed.     Key Relationships     Internal:   Trade Head CSE MCO, GBU Leadership, Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, Quality, RA, PV, Medical, Data Privacy & Security   External:   Distribution Partners, Outsourced Service Providers, Regulatory Authorities     About you Required   • Bachelor's in Business, Supply Chain, Pharmacy, or related field   • 5+ years in trade/revenue operations, channel/partner management, or PMO roles   • Proven experience managing external partnerships, distribution networks, and complex projects   • Strong negotiation and contract management skills   • Pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience   • Knowledge of CSE MCO market dynamics and regulatory environment   • Fluency in English; regional languages a plus   Preferred   • MBA or advanced degree   • Cross-country partnership and divestment experience   • Digital transformation and Power BI experience   • GxP knowledge and PMO certification     Competencies for Success     Strategic thinking · Relationship-building · Matrix organization agility · Results orientation · Adaptability · Cultural sensitivity · Problem-solving · Attention to detail About Sanofi We’re an R&D-driven, AI-powered biopharma company committed to improving people’s lives and delivering compelling growth.
