About the role

Job Description DUTIES: Communicate and maintain Master Data, Metadata, Data Management Repositories, Logical Data Models, and Data Standards. Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional and non-functional business requirements. Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, and re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability. Build industrialized analytic datasets and delivery mechanisms that utilize the data pipeline to deliver actionable insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency and other key business performance metrics. Hybrid Work Policy - 3 days In-office, 2 days remote - Must be able to report to local office. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software engineering, Electrical engineering, or related field of study and Five (5) years of experience as a Staff Engineer, Software Engineer, Software Developer, or related occupation OR Master's degree in Computer Science, Software engineering, Electrical engineering, or related field of study and Three (3) years of experience as a Staff Engineer, Software Engineer, Software Developer, or related occupation Three (3) years of experience with: Object-oriented and object function scripting languages including Python, Java, C++, and Scala.
