US H-1B: cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level — Level I gets 1 entry, Level IV gets 4 (DHS projected selection odds ≈15% at Level I to ≈61% at Level IV). Universities and non-profit research employers are cap-exempt. The $100,000 fee for new petitions from abroad is currently blocked by a court order (appeal pending).

About the role
About Dreem Health, by Sunrise Dreem Health is Americaâs leading digital sleep clinic. Powered by Sunriseâs technology, Dreem Health makes sleep care simple â replacing long waits and in-lab sleep studies with home-based testing, expert telehealth visits, and personalized treatment plans that are easy for patients to follow. Weâre fixing the broken sleep care journey and helping more people get the care they need â from home, on their schedule. Your Opportunity The Workplace Technology & AI Automation Specialist owns the digital backbone of the employee experience at Sunrise/Dreem Health: IT provisioning and support, user access management, and the design and delivery of AI-powered automations across non-clinical teams. This role exists because we are a remote-first, fast-scaling organization where tooling, access, and AI capability are expanding faster than our processes can absorb. The role has two halves that share one purpose â removing friction so people can do their best work. - The first half is operational: provisioning hardware and accounts, managing access and permissions, and being the first line of support when something breaks. - The second half is developmental: identifying repetitive, low-human-value transactional work across non-clinical teams (Operations, G&A, Product, Sales & Marketing) and building the AI-powered solutions â agentic workflows, automations, integrations â that eliminate or streamline it. This is a foundational hire for the function.
