About the role
We’re seeking a driven and strategic Channel Account Executive to manage sales cycles and accelerate revenue growth within the LATAM region. In this role, you will focus on working with Solutions Partners to drive sales and services relationships across a growing client base. You will manage a combination of direct and partner-led clients while leveraging our partner network as a force multiplier to drive greater engagement and customer success. By working closely with key client decision-makers, you will understand their evolving needs and utilize the unique capabilities of our partner ecosystem to expand our impact across LATAM. Join Asana's sales team in this unique role focused on working with our LATAM clients while using partners to scale. Your contribution will be instrumental in our company's growth, while you embark on your own journey of personal and professional development. This role can either be fully remote in Miami, FL, or based in one of our offices with an office-centric hybrid schedule. If based in-office: The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. What you’ll achieve • Masterfully navigate complex account and partner sales plays, matching client needs with partner expertise. • Anticipate roadblocks and objections with foresight, crafting win-win solutions that ensure all stakeholders—especially partners—see the value of your vision and Asana. • Drive revenue and grow business across the LATAM region, leveraging negotiation skills and data-driven insights to secure win-win partnerships. • Partner seamlessly with partner and internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive long-term success, and generate business value. • Serve as a trusted advisor with excellent relationship-building skills across both client and partner relationships. About you • Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making. • 4+ years of B2B selling experience within a channel-led ecosystem. • Bilingual in Portuguese and English; Preference for Trilingual in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, • Proven experience working with partners as an essential component of every sale. • Demonstrated ability to close deals both directly and through partners, particularly within the SaaS space. • Skill in discovering hidden potential within established accounts to drive exponential growth. • Strong track record of cultivating trust and fostering long-term partnerships with diverse stakeholders. • Deep understanding of the importance of services and the strategic value of leveraging partners as a force multiplier.
