About the role
Replit is the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language. What started as a platform for developers has become an AI-powered creation platform where individuals, and teams can turn ideas into working apps, internal tools, dashboards, workflows, and websites faster than ever before. The company has had a fair amount of success with the outside world and in customer traction, particularly on the enterprise. We are looking for a PR Lead to help tell that story to the audiences that matter most: CIOs, CISOs, CFOs, business leaders, developers, analysts, partners, customers, and the press. This role will own communications for Replit’s marketplace, customer momentum, and business adoption. You will help position Replit as the AI platform that gives every team in an organization the ability to build, ship, and solve problems securely, without waiting months for traditional software cycles. The work will span the full range of communications: product launches, partnership announcements, customer stories, competitive positioning, analyst engagement, executive visibility, conference moments, speeches, thought leadership, vertical storytelling, and proof points that show how enterprises are using Replit to move from idea to production. You will work closely with Replit’s sales, partnership, marketing and leadership teams to shape narratives that resonate with both technical and business audiences. The right candidate understands the technology landscape and can operate comfortably across media, analysts, influencers, customers, partners, and internal teams. They should be able to explain why Replit matters in a world where AI is changing how software gets built and have the ability to change and evolve fast given the competitive nature of this marketplace. Strong writing is essential. So is judgment. This person must be able to take complex ideas such as AI agents, software creation, security, governance, procurement, developer productivity, business transformation, and competitive differentiation, and make them clear, credible, and compelling. This is a role for someone who can help Replit punch above its weight in the enterprise conversation and make sure the market understands the scale of what Replit is building. ROLE - Lead enterprise communications for Replit, including product, partner, customer, vertical, executive, and competitive narratives. - Build and evolve the messaging for Replit with the enterprise, with a focus on AI-powered software creation, secure adoption, governance, productivity, and business impact. - Develop communications programs around enterprise momentum, including customer adoption, partner announcements, use cases, and market proof points. - Build relationships with enterprise technology, business, AI, software, developer, and industry reporters. - Create compelling customer stories that show how companies are using Replit - Partner closely with sales and marketing to support enterprise campaigns, launches, events, customer references, and field narratives. - Work with product teams to translate technical capabilities into clear stories for business, developer, and enterprise audiences. - Engage analysts and influencers who shape the enterprise AI, software development, developer productivity, and CIO agenda. - Develop executive thought leadership for Replit leaders, including speeches, bylines, conference narratives, briefing documents, and social content. - Shape competitive positioning in a fast-moving market that includes AI
