About the role
This is an exceptional opportunity for a current Property student or recent Property graduate looking to launch a career in commercial real estate. In this role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining property and client databases and delivering accurate market intelligence that contributes to the team's continued success. Key Responsibilities: • Maintain and update CRM databases, property listings and client records. • Ensure property, contact and market information is accurate and up to date. • Prepare and maintain Excel spreadsheets for reporting, market analysis and business development activities. • Support agents with listing management, comparable sales and leasing evidence, and property searches. • Maintain marketing and mailing lists to support targeted campaigns. • Assist with submissions, presentations and client reporting. • Coordinate database updates from agents and research sources. Skills & Experience • Experience in a similar support role within the Property/Real Estate sector is highly desirable. • Currently undertaking or recently graduated from a degree related to Property. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite. • Strong organisational and communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
