Our sales leadership is committed to building an exceptional sales organization by inspiring and enabling success for everyone on the team. The Opportunity The Regional Vice President, France will manage a high-performing organization focused on expanding existing enterprise customers, landing new workloads and delivering sustained revenue growth across France. You will lead second-line sales leaders across the Enterprise Growth organization, strengthen our leadership bench, and build a culture of accountability, development, and customer impact. You will play a critical role in shaping regional strategy, improving execution, and ensuring the business consistently delivers against its bookings and revenue goals. The successful candidate must live in Paris and be able to work from MongoDB’s Paris office at least three days per week, with four days per week preferred. What You’ll Be Doing • Lead, coach and develop Regional Directors to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings objectives • Build a high-performance culture grounded in accountability, execution, talent development, and customer impact • Recruit, hire, develop and retain exceptional Regional Directors and Enterprise Account Executives to strengthen the organization and succession pipeline • Define and execute the France Enterprise Growth strategy, with a focus on expanding existing customers and landing new workloads • Enable leaders and sellers to identify, qualify, and develop a healthy sales pipeline while navigating complex enterprise buying processes and negotiations • Drive disciplined adoption of MongoDB’s sales methodologies, including MEDDIC and Command of the Message • Establish a rigorous operating rhythm across forecasting, pipeline inspection, territory planning, business reviews, and performance management • Partner closely with Professional Services, Marketing, Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to improve customer outcomes and generate regional demand • Develop and scale territory coverage, resource allocation and go-to-market plans in line with business priorities • Serve as a visible role model for MongoDB’s values and Leadership Commitment, inspiring teams to think big, take ownership, and deliver meaningful outcomes What You’ll Bring to the Role Must-Have Qualifications • At least two years of experience in a second-line sales leadership role in enterprise software sales • A strong, verifiable track record of consistently delivering revenue growth and building qualified pipeline, along with demonstrated success selling and delivering professional services • Proven track record of recruiting and building high-performing sales teams • Evidence of developing teams and individuals, including promotions from the team, improved performance, retention of high performers, and a clear coaching and succession cadence • Evidence of building a healthy team culture and strong operating standards, reflected in morale, engagement scores, leadership scores, and low attrition • Demonstrated ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy, make sound decisions, and establish priorities quickly in a business-critical environment • Demonstrated operational excellence in strategic accounts, including strategic account management and planning, driving and closing complex or large deals, customer centricity, and sales excellence • The ability to articulate the business value of complex technology to senior business and technical stakeholders • Fluent in French Preferred Qualifications • Proven ability to lead through other leaders and oper
