Basic Qualifications: • 5+ years of Workday experience. • Proficient with all Workday modules • Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-focused company. • Experience using AI tools to improve personal or team productivity (e.g., automating reporting, documentation, or testing) is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: • Workday Pro Certification in any module (e.g., HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Advanced Compensation). • Experience helping deliver AI-powered features or products as part of an HR technology roadmap — configuring, testing, and rolling out new AI capabilities to end users. • Agile or Scrum certification.
