THE ROLE Everpure is seeking a Principal Services Solutions Consultant to support our World Wide Strategic Accounts (WWSA) business across the Americas. This customer-facing role combines strategic services selling with technical solution consulting, helping large enterprises understand how Everpure Advanced Services can reduce risk, accelerate transformation, and increase the value of their data infrastructure investments. The successful candidate will work closely with strategic-account sales leaders, account executives, systems engineers, partners, delivery teams, and customer stakeholders. They will bring together business priorities, technical requirements, and services capabilities to create compelling transformation strategies and executable customer outcomes. We are seeking to staff the role in territory with New York Metro and Pittsburgh being the ideal. We will, however, consider qualified talent in neighboring east coast states. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Build trusted relationships with executive, infrastructure, operations, and application stakeholders within strategic Americas accounts. • Partner with WWSA sales and systems-engineering teams early in the customer lifecycle to identify services opportunities and shape account strategy. • Lead discovery and consultative conversations around data-center consolidation, workload modernization, migration, automation, lifecycle management, operational readiness, and risk reduction. • Translate customer business challenges into practical, outcome-based Advanced Services strategies and solution proposals. • Design and position multi-layered services engagements, including assessments, workshops, migration services, residency, business-critical support, technical account management, automation, and lifecycle services. • Develop proposals, statements of work, presentations, business cases, and executive-facing recommendations in collaboration with internal and partner teams. • Serve as a trusted technical and commercial advisor throughout the opportunity lifecycle, from qualification and solution development through approval, contracting, and transition to delivery. • Coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure proposed solutions are technically sound, commercially compelling, and aligned with delivery capacity. • Collaborate with channel and strategic partners to extend services reach and create joint customer value. • Maintain disciplined opportunity, pipeline, and forecast management, including clear next steps, risks, dependencies, and close plans. • Capture customer feedback and market insight to improve services packaging, enablement, and go-to-market execution. WHAT YOU BRING • Experience in enterprise technology consulting, professional services, solution architecture, technical sales, or a related customer-facing role. • Demonstrated success working with large, complex, or strategic accounts in the Americas. • Ability to connect executive business outcomes with infrastructure, data, cloud, modernization, migration, and operational requirements. • Strong consultative selling, discovery, storytelling, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Experience developing services proposals, statements of work, business
