THE ROLE Work within the Global Sales Organization (GSO) Program Management Office to lead complex, cross-functional programs that advance strategic Sales and Go-to-Market priorities. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Lead complex, cross-functional Sales and GTM transformation programs from strategy through implementation, adoption, and value realization. • Establish program governance, operating rhythms, integrated plans, milestones, dependencies, RAID management, and clear accountability. • Translate strategic priorities into measurable outcomes, KPIs, business cases, investment requirements, and ROI. • Align business and technology teams while proactively managing risks, resources, competing priorities, and organizational dependencies. • Drive executive decision-making, stakeholder alignment, change readiness, continuous improvement, and PMO capability development. • We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave. WHAT YOU BRING • 12+ years of progressive program management experience leading complex transformation programs in large organizations. • Strong experience supporting Sales, GTM, Revenue Operations, or related organizations. • Proven ability to bring structure to ambiguity, influence without authority, and drive decisions across senior stakeholder groups. • Strong business, executive communication, and storytelling skills, with the ability to connect execution to business value. • Expertise in program management methodologies and tools, with demonstrated experience leveraging AI, automation, coaching, and PMO standards to improve effectiveness. Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations. This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity. There is no application deadline and we accept applications on an ongoing basis until the job is filled.
