About Transparent Hiring GmbH Transparent Hiring is an international relocation and recruitment agency helping IT professionals from around the world build careers in Germany and across Europe and relocate there with confidence. Internship Overview We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Intern to support our marketing and content initiatives and learn hands-on how digital marketing works in a real, fast-moving environment. No prior marketing experience is required. If you’ve done any social media, writing, or website-related work before, that’s a plus. You’ll work closely with our marketing lead and founders, receive guidance and feedback, and gradually take ownership of tasks as you grow. At the end of the 6-month internship, we’ll run a performance and fit evaluation and, if it’s a strong match on both sides, explore the possibility of transitioning into a long-term role (depending on performance and business needs). Tasks What You'll Learn & Work On • Website Content (publishing articles on the website, updating existing pages) • Landing Pages (preparing and updating webinar landing pages) • Webinar Support (setting up, moderating, and assisting with live and automated webinars) • Telegram Marketing (writing Telegram newsletters and promotional posts for Telegram channel placements) • Influencer Marketing (researching influencers on Instagram and LinkedIn, outreach, and communication) • Creative Production (preparing visuals for social media, website and webinars, and generating PNG assets) • Advertising Creatives (preparing ad creatives and layouts based on creative briefs) • Marketing Operations (supporting day-to-day marketing campaigns and content projects) Requirements What We’re Looking For • Fluency in English (B2-C1) and Russian (C1-C2) • Strong willingness to learn and grow in digital marketing • Reliable execution and strong follow-through • High attention to detail and consistency • Clear written communication in English Bonus: experience with social media, content writing, or website content management (e.g., WordPress) Benefits **What We Offer ** · Full onboarding and training — marketing background not required · Flexible working hours and a remote-friendly setup · Direct mentorship, structured tasks, and clear feedback · Increasing responsibility as you grow · A friendly, international, mission-driven team · Evaluation after 6 months with the possibility to transition into along-term role, depending on performance and business needs Find more English Speaking Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow
