About the role
About the role and team Uber's Commercial Sales Enablement team supports our multi-billion dollar Delivery business, including Uber Eats, Grocery & Retail, Direct, and Uber Advertising. We equip our sales teams with the capabilities, tools, insights, and processes needed to increase seller productivity, accelerate growth, and improve customer outcomes. As the Global Ads Enablement Lead, you will own the enablement strategy and execution for Uber's global Advertising sales organization, serving as a strategic partner to Ads Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Product, and regional and global commercial leaders. In this role, you will translate Uber Advertising's commercial strategy, growth priorities, and evolving product portfolio into scalable enablement programs that strengthen seller capability and improve commercial execution across regions. From accelerating new-hire productivity and strengthening solution selling, measurement, negotiation, and executive engagement capabilities to enabling critical product launches, account planning, and adoption of seller technology and AI, you will lead a global portfolio of work designed to change seller behavior and improve commercial performance around the world. This role requires someone who can move seamlessly between strategy and execution, influence senior global stakeholders, use data to identify and prioritize performance opportunities, and lead a team that enables sellers to evolve from product-focused selling toward outcome-oriented, multi-product customer partnerships. What you'll do • Lead the Global Ads Enablement strategy and roadmap, translating Ads commercial priorities, performance data, seller needs, product roadmaps, and regional requirements into a focused portfolio of programs that improve seller and client partner productivity, capability, and business outcomes. • Partner with senior leaders across Ads Sales, Sales Operations, Product, Product Marketing, regional leadership, and global enablement to diagnose performance opportunities, establish priorities, define success measures, and align stakeholders on enablement plans and trade-offs. • Build scalable capability programs across the Ads seller lifecycle, including new-hire onboarding, solution and multi-product selling, pipeline management, negotiation, measurement, executive presence, account planning, and frontline manager enablement, connecting development to observable commercial behaviors and commercial performance. • Drive readiness and adoption for complex Ads product, measurement, process, sales technology, and AI transformations, coordinating stakeholder alignment, communications, training, manager reinforcement, launch execution, and post-launch adoption across multiple regions and seller roles. • Advance Uber Advertising's evolution toward outcome-oriented selling by equipping sellers to diagnose customer business objectives, position Uber's differentiated advertising solutions, navigate complex buying organizations, and develop deeper, longer-term customer partnerships. • Leverage platforms and data including Seismic, Salesforce, Gong, and emerging AI tools to personalize enablement, improve content discovery, identify performance gaps, measure adoption, and increase seller and manager productivity. • Measure enablement effectiveness with a disciplined measurement framework spanning seller readiness, behavior and tool adoption, pipeline and sales execution, and business outcomes; maintain accurate global reporting and communicate progress, risks, insights, and recommendations to senior stakeholders. • Lead and develop the Global Ads Enablement team, setting clear priorities and operating rhythms, allocating capacity across strategic capability programs, GTM launches, and regional needs, an
